Absolutely nothing is funnier than watching the Mighty Nein Animated series and seeing the crew relatively competently execute a heist to steal the beacon from Ikithon and are only initially unsuccessful because Caleb is tempted by Ikithon and the Kryn attack...
... and then watching the campaign and seeing them randomly stumble upon the beacon with a random Kryn soldier while running from a completely unrelated and botched heist job, force feed said soldier pastries and piss in front of him with their cat to prove they're not enemies, let the soldier leave with the beacon only to impulsively steal the beacon back when the soldier is killed by Crown's guard, and then just stuff the beacon in the bottom of Jester's bag for like months only bothering with it when they want some power ups.
