I missed espresso shots with Honduran coffee so much that I forgot to take a photo of the awesome crema. I just had one of the best espresso shots ever from our new Honduras Casitas. Melted caramel, cashews, cola, and it is so incredibly rich that it tastes like a dark roast (it isn't). You might ask, "Hey Frank, you own @chazzanocoffee.
