メカジキのオイル煮でサラダを☆
宮城県で水揚げされたメカジキが 目に止まり オイル煮を作る事に。
スペイン産の美味しいオリーブオイル，ニンニク，粒胡椒，ローズマリー，ローリエを 小さい土鍋にに入れ，ほんの短時間加熱後 余熱で蒸し煮に。
とってもふっくら‼︎ 柔らかい‼︎
作り置きのエリンギのオイル煮，キャロットラペ，ピクルスを使い，スライスしたズッキーニをくるくる巻いて。
あとはパルミジャーノレッジャーノををスライスして乗せました。
ドレッシングは あえて作らず メカジキを煮たオイルとレモン汁だけで シンプルに。
トーストしたパンに オイルをたっぷり浸して食べるのが オススメ。
ワインに合いますね🎶
