WELL the news of the day is definitely the bare ass naked picture of Liam that was posted this morning, emphasis on BARE and ASS. The day Liam's ass trended on twitter, I feel like young Liam would not have been pleased about that but oh how times have changed. He's really out there wearing NO CLOTHES WHATSOEVER making queer men and straight women swoon and gay women gayer than ever, if that isn't Big 1D Energy then idk what is! The picture is captioned 'coming soon' guys I think there might be MORE? Get your chakras lined up and your affairs in order, possibly including a nice eyemask depending how comfortable you are with this kind of puppy porn, Liam is coming for us all.

Hugo promo for the collab continues, mostly not much to say, but their official account not only liking a good manip of Zayn in a piece from the collection but also commenting on it ("🔥🔥") is quality entertainment, clueless corporate entities stumbling around in the fandom is truly one of my favorite things. Please submit ideas for a meta tag for that tbh I could get a lot of use out of it. The real Zayn's accounts, which may or may not be more genuinely Zayn than that manip, are promoting the teen choice award voting.

Niall was one of a number of familiar songwriter faces to show up in Teddy Geiger's stories today, looks like it's studio time again! (Likely in L.A.) "Feels like every time I turn a corner you're standing right there" he tweets, that's me @Niall trying to recap all his tweeting. He also snarked at lots of people but sadly as of yet not at Liam's nudes or at Piers Morgan for criticising said nudes.

Harry liked a pic on ig- on the one hand it was a Kardashian post, on the other hand it was a baby eating haribo, in any case he unliked it later on. A lot of people think it wasn't him that liked it but like... it was a picture of a cute baby eating haribo?? Well, regardless, if he's on there today, rumor has it he follows the photog that posted Liam's nudes so he has something to look forward to that is frankly right in his line of interests, right up there with babies and haribo. Meanwhile, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, known for being in a mutual fanning relationship with Harry Styles (and for probably being a closeted gay man), not to be outdone by Elvis, says he'd want to be played by Harry in a movie of his life.

Eleanor posted a pic of herself and two dogs (not Cliff, her dog Bruce and some other dog that looks just like him which weirdly could be a lot of dogs we've seen, what's with all the labradoodles??) and Louis liked the pic. Things are coming down the pike and soon friends but good things or bad things? My guess, both! See above re: chakra alignment, we gonna need it.

The Daily Mail, in keeping with their usual commitment to quality journalism, reports that Harry and Louis were both at Pixie Geldof's wedding two years ago, not having learned anything the first time they wrongly reported this back at the time I guess. Louis was publicly at his aunt's wedding in the UK, but the report was presumed to be based on the guest list which is a bit interesting since only Harry is publicly friends with her. I mean it was either the guest list or someone assuming that if Harry was there Louis was too, either is fairly telling, but Louis was seen to be elsewhere at that time (Harry was for sure there though that part is correct.)

Zayn was so excited about his new Snoop Dogg™️ slippers that he posted a pic of his feet (and his beer) to Instagram! He's wearing Icarus Falls socks and fancy weed patterned slippers and tags in Snoop. Or possibly it wasn't that he couldn't contain his excitement but is just him dusting off his account in preparation for announcing something, of all of them his casual seeming posts most frequently turn out to have been the warm up to something else.

Niall suggested some songs to us, and we learned about the songwriting camp he hosted in the Bahamas a little while back- looks like they were at Sanctuary Studios Albany (a fancy studio that's notable for having a golf course attached to it and being partially owned by Tiger Woods lol). It was Niall, Julian Bunetta, John Ryan, Teddy Geiger, Tobias Jesso Jr, Eskeerdo, and Scott Harris. An all-star gathering! Even better than a picture would be a listen to some of those tunes...

Sky One TV channel got a shout-out from LTHQ for having changed their twitter bio to 'Louis Tomlinson fan account' (and their location to Louisville) after his Late Late Show appearance, but most HQ activity is focused on promoting the Teen Choice Award voting for Two Of Us, it's get out the vote season again and we'll be hearing a lot about this for a bit....

Boom, the Two Of Us video has arrived... or the third of four TOU videos I should say, but who's counting? It dropped today without official warning but with a note from Louis which says, "this video feels particularly relevant and powerful to me" and talks about living well in the face of tragedy. There were simultaneous posts everywhere promoting the video and its hashtag and an email sent to the excellent mailing list they amassed with the hotspot sign-ups featuring a handwritten note from Louis; another impressive promotional rollout from the new LTHQ! Liam and Niall describe the video as "beyond incredible" and "absolutely amazing," and pretty much everyone else agrees, from fans to media to the general public! The video, titled 'Louis and Richard', features the song but is more of a little movie with a soundtrack then it is a traditional mv. Widower Richard Green talks about himself, Louis meets and talks with him about the people they lost, their shared Yorkshire accents quickly going from 'noticeable' to 'nearly impenetrable' as they chat, and Richard is taken to live out his bucket list dreams. Together they fly a helicopter, drive a race car, ride a rollercoaster, Richard sings onstage (to the X Factor tour crowd, as we saw during filming) and gives Louis a tattoo (he was a lot better at it than Robbie I'll say that); my favorite part is probably Louis' constant refrain of, "did you enjoy it?" As if that wasn't enough, the video concludes with links to charities for cancer (for Jay), an Alzheimer's organization (in honor of Richard's late wife), and Bluebell Wood children's hospice, Louis' personal charity of choice. As twitter said, keep your tissues close for this one.

Av*ngers Endg*me, theoretically the pop culture topic of the week, was knocked straight out of the top trending spot by the #LouisandRichard tag, well fair enough who wants to talk about [redacted], [redacted] or even [redacted] when you have a beautiful ray of sunshine sprinkling joy in the world and preaching a message of hope! Suck it, [redacted]!!

You still can't click through to the vid from the MTV playlist listing for Two Of Us; I'm guessing this isn't the official music video and that'll be the one featuring Louis on piano. I wouldn't be surprised if we got that with the MTV program this Sat.

And in our only actual personal appearance of the day, Niall seems to be in studio with Scott Harris, Teddy Geiger, Eskeerdo and John Ryan, and can be seen goofing about with them. Is he recording or one of them or all or none who knows: not me.

Louis' MTV spot aired and it was... old footage. Like, not recorded-before-March old, 2017 old! Sheesh. Evidently this was NOT the much postponed mystery program, but just a random other thing. I, Boo Boo the Fool yet again, apologize for my part in promoting this dumbass rerun. Boooo! At least I'm in good fool company.

Anyway in actual news, Louis took a fan pic in London in his giant furry parka (um a LOOK tbh damn babe) and is confirmed to play a music festival in Madrid in Sept, and by play I mean headline and by confirm I mean he posted a video telling us about it and he looks gorgeous in glorious clean shaven shaggy haired black and white, and the organizers say they've been trying to get him on the festival for two years and basically everyone is excited. The Coca Cola Music Fest is Sept 13&14 of this year and the promo materials use Louis' copywrited smiley™ in his name! Speculation that this will lead into a fall album release is very high. Calvin posed like an influencer on his ig and Louis (the only person who can post 'hahahahahaha' and you're like hmm yeah that does sound just like him) teased him mercilessly (Calvin- you wish I was trying. zing!) Listen you're both just trying it on, Niall's the only real model, so jot that down.

Well maybe also Zayn. He posted in glorious shaggy haired black and white as well, with a guitar, looking honestly as cute as he ever has just full on baby kitten adorable, A+++ content.

Harry took like a million fan pics in L.A. today (and some from last night also posted today) and was on TV. He was out and about in an outdoor voices shirt (and, yep, woolly beanie, GIRL IT'S HOT OUT IN L.A. WYD) at Cafe Habana and other places. He has a new (to us) tattoo! On his right arm!!! It says Mary. By all accounts his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame appearance was well received by the GP but the real news is that he made John Mulaney laugh! Iconic. Meet and greet pics are still embargoed but we did learn that he sent a party bus to pick up the six Make a Wish fans and spent some nice private time with each of them. An update account posted DMs from both Harry and HSHQ asking them to delete something- alas, they declined to tell us what on the grounds that they'd rather keep that to themselves than be sued, which, yeah. They said about it, "I didn't even notice what she said, sorry buddy." ETA: omgggg it was a pic of his Met Gala outfit 😵

Niall continues to post and appear in friends' stories fooling around in a studio or workshop or whatever and zipping around the Bahamas or wherever he is in golf carts- it's got golf in the name! Of course he loves them! He shows us Julian Bunetta singing a song about being a douchebag; if Mr Bulian was looking to be contradicted I'm afraid I can't help him out there.
