Ros Casares Valencia ripping the Spanish League and EuroLeague
Spanish team Ciudad Ros Casares Valencia has put together a winning team for the 2011/12 season and so far they are undefeated in the Spanish League. They also lead Group A in the Euroleague 2012 competition... and Maya Moore has yet to join the team. Maya will start playing on February 1st, 2012.
The team is composed of foreigners: Lauren Jackson, Jana Veselá, Eshaya Murphy, Isabelle Yaucobou, Ann Wauters, Maya Moore & Katalyn Hunti; and Spanish Nationals: Sancho Lyttle, Sylvia Dominguez, Miriam Foraste, Andrea García & Laia Palau (captain). Yes, Sancho Lyttle has Spanish Nationality and actually played for the Spanish National Team in 2010, winning the bronze medal.
