eating a midday snack of raspberry yogurt, salted pistachios, and crumbled sesame ball 😋 the sweetness and saltiness actually go together better than i expected! 

i got a laptop stand yesterday, it’s pretty cool but also kind of useless since the only setting I can use comfortably is the lowest setting.

Seonghwa ~ 「Dagger Hands」

“Dagger Hands is the oldest member of ATEEZ. most piercing green eyes, a pronounced jawline and floofy floofy hair

did i mention totally swoon worthy

the oldest member of the crew

can pull off a real menacing look when needed but a cinnamon bun mother to his kids

the story behind him joining ateez: 5th member to join (after wooyoung, san, yeosang, hongjoong)

worked as a hired bodyguard before ATEEZ to pay off his debts

saved wooyoung and san on the streets of the capital once and

always wanted to sail the ocean and leave the capital behind

never had any previous sailing experiences, heck never stepped in a boat before in his life (and ofc was crazy seasick throughout the first few weeks)

walks around with a minimum of 5 blades strapped to his body

yes, you bet he sleeps with daggers strapped to his waist

the members joke that he’s accidentally gonna impale himself one day

his favorite knife is the one that hongjoong got commissioned for him as his congratulatory gift for joining ATEEZ; cherry wood handle, pure black blade.

NEVER USED IT SINCE RECEIVING IT. the one blade that never leaves his body (it’s the one tied to his left hip). still cleans it everyday to get off the invisible specks of blood and dust. cause blades that never get taken out of their sheathes still get dirty,… u know?

hongjoong’s right hand man, first mate, second in command and all that

½ of the cooking and cleaning crew on the ship (the other half be our trustworthy maknae jongho)

complains about the other members being messy all the time (especially hongjoong, cause he be particularly disorganized)

the only rooms he never attempts to clean are the member’s private rooms and the captain’s quarters

he’s a minimalist so his cabin room is neat, tidy and organized, his clothes are organized by color and the room would look like any other normal room except for an array/collection of sharp looking daggers of all shapes and size hanging from one wall

the one to comfort the other members after a scolding from hongjoong

goes to bed exactly at the same time every night (except during a celebration or when hongjoong calls one of his emergency meetings)

first to wake up in the morning, the one to prepare breakfast for the others

loves to watch the sunrise with all the peace and quiet knowing all the kids are still asleep

when not polishing his knife collection, can be found scrubbing the deck floor

note: i’ve been in soft hours since yesterday because of this. im still not over it i don’t think i ever will be lol. a human bean with the soul of a golden retriever has my heart and isn’t letting go!! send help 😭😭😭

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s early in the morning and you sigh when you open the refrigerator and find the shelves empty of ingredients to make a meal with. A bag of milk. A half-finished bottle of cola. Kimchi for one. An empty container of eggs. Some fruits on the verge of going bad. You could be creative with food but not THAT creative.

“YUNHO! I’M GOING OUT!” you yell, closing the fridge.

Footsteps thunder down the stairs and Yunho pops his smiling face into the kitchen, “Where’re you going?”

“There’s nothing for lunch. I’m going grocery shopping.” You tell him walking out of the kitchen and down the hall to the washroom, Yunho trailing behind you.

“Let’s go together!” Yunho exclaims as he leans against the door frame, arms crossed against his chest, watching you stand in front of the mirror and brush your hair.

“Uh no.” Your face scrunching when the brush gets caught in a knot of your hair.

In the reflection of the mirror you see his smile drop and replaced with a pout, “Wait what whyyyy?”

Gently combing out the knot, you reply, “Dishes, sweep, vacuum. I want those done by the time I get back.”

At this, Yunho stands up straight, arms dropping, and lets out a groan. “That’s not fair! Why do you get the fun stuff and I have to do all the chores?”

Finished brushing your hair, you place the brush back in its place and sweep your hands through your locks a few times. Then you turn to Yunho who’s still pouting, body framed by the doorway. You take the steps to close the distance between the two of you, take his face between the two of you and tiptoe up to press a quick peck on his lips. 

“Babe ... we both know you’re not the best at grocery shopping,” you say smiling with a raised eyebrow recalling all the times he would get sidetracked and pile the shopping cart with snacks and games, leaving you to gawk at the total price during checkout and all the times he’d lose you in the supermarket and play it cool when he finally found you as if he hadn't spent the last several minutes wandering aisle to aisle like a lost puppy.

Yunho exaggeratedly rolls his eyes and bends down to returns your kiss with his own quick peck. “Fair enough,” he replies eyes crinkling as he finally smiles again and clears the way for you to exit the washroom to get your coat.

“Those three things! You gotta remember them alright? Dishes...” you look back at him and make a hand motion for him to continue the list.

“And sweeping and vacuuming!” he chirps back finishing the list, “Leave it to me, you won’t even recognize the house when you get back!” 

He helps you put on your coat and while you put your shoes on, reaches for your scarf hanging in the closet beside the shoe rack. He loops the soft material around your neck and presses another kiss to your forehead. “Come back quickly?” he says quietly, more of a statement than a question.

“Of course,” you reply, giving him a reassuring smile and grabbing your keys. 

Yunho opens the door for you and watches as you walk through. “Bye!” you tell him wiggling your fingers in a wave.

“Bye! Buy me something yummy!” he shouts as you walk towards the car. 

When you turn back to give him a thumbs up, the door is closed enough so the cold air wouldn’t rush inside, but Yunho had left a small slit to poke his head through like a puppy. He blows you a kiss as you turn back around, a fond smile lighting up his face.

When you get in the car and prepare to back out, you look up again and catch him with half his body leaning out of the door, his hand waving goodbye to you. You smile and shoot an exaggerated finger heart his way. 

Car out of the driveway, you look to the window beside the entry door this time knowing that in the time it took you to back out, he’d closed the door and ran over to the window as always the case when you left the house but left him at home.

Not one to disappoint, his face is pressed up cutely against the glass of the window, smile brighter than the sun itself, as he waves goodbye with a feather duster in hand, not leaving his spot by the window until you were out of view. 

Needless to say, you drive the rest of the way to the grocery store with the silliest smile on your face.

Manned by a five men crew, their ship, The KQ, is a rather small vessel bearing black and orange flags. All five crew members keep a rather low profile so there is no current information on their backgrounds or appearances ...
