I did it again. I feel proud of my self. I can say yesterday I did Cowles Mountain in 45 minutes up and down. (3 miles total) Working every day to do better, to be better and give out my best. Never give up on your self no matter what. And of course I had my #esential3 #oil31 for my #earpain and #antiestress because I love it. Can't live with out it. P.
