So apparently the police in Luxembourg police arrested an 18 year old Swede who was planning to launch a terrorist attack on behalf of Neo Nazi group The Base during the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest. And this just...wasn't shared with the host country the Netherlands? It was just dealt with in Luxembourg. Supposedly, he has since been deradicalized according to his lawyer. *sigh* Why are we only finding out about this now? Wonder if many Luxemourgians were aware of this?

I enjoyed the 2020 medley, but I feel like it would have been great to select some artist who didn't actually get to perform live in 2021 like The Mamas, Montaigne who was robbed by that zoom call, and Daði Freyr who had to use a prerecorded performance
