#erwin hate

Very interesting~! When I was writing my original meta on this chapter I was so focused on defending Levi’s actions...

I think it's probably a mix of wanting Eren to feel comfortable with a squad that knows and trusts him this time to avoid a repeat of what happened to his last squad (what with Levi saying he wanted to put Eren in a more suitable environment), wanting to keep them away from Erwin, or at least wanting to be able to watch over them himself, and using it to benefit their cause. It is too early to decide Levi's intentions completely but I don't think there's any reason it has to be one solid reason. And I certainly don't think he wants to psychologically abuse Eren. Sometimes I think this fandom is reading a different manga than me.

But yeah, Erwin's off his rocker and people are certainly taking notice. I can't wait for the next chapter.
