समाज के भीतर सामाजिक समानता के साथ-साथ आर्थिक समानता का होना भी आवश्यक है। समाज मे धनवान और निर्धन के मध्य का अंतर इतना भी नहीं हो कि धनवान बाजार मे उपलब्ध सभी कुछ खरीद सके और निर्धन कुछ क्रय ही ना कर पाये। यदि एसा होता है तो समाज के भीतर विखंडन होना निश्चित है। इसी बात को ध्यान मे रखते हुये भारत के महान समाजसुधारक और क्रांतिकारी श्री दत्तोपंत ठेंगड़ी जी के द्वारा भारत की स्वतन्त्रता के पश्चात अंत्योदय को ध्यान मे रखते हुये समाज के बीच मे कार्य करना प्रारम्भ किया। स्वतन्त्रता प्राप्ति के बाद भारत मे औद्योगीकरण तेजी से बढ़ रहा था। उद्योग किसी भी देश रीढ़ के समान होते है। जिनके द्वारा देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाया जा सकता है।

स्वतन्त्रता के ठीक बाद उद्योगिक क्षेत्र मे बड़ी मात्रा मे श्रमिक वर्ग कि आवश्यकता थी, किन्तु श्रमिकों के हितो को भी सुरक्षित रखने की जरूरत थी। इसी को ध्यान मे रखते हुये श्री ठेंगड़ी जी द्वारा वर्ष 1955 मे भारतीय मजदूर संघ की स्थापना की गयी। भारतीय मजदूर संघ का मुख्य उदेश्य उनके इस नारे से झलकता है। जिसमे कहां गया कि ‘राष्ट्रहित मे करेगे काम, मजदूरी का लेंगे पूरा दाम’, यह नारा ठेंगड़ी जी के अंत्योदय के प्रति सहानुभूति और संकल्प को प्रदर्शित करता है, साथ ही उनके राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पण को भी दर्शाता है। ठेंगड़ी जी का मानना था कि देश कि उद्योग नीति और श्रम नीति एसी बने, जिसमे राष्ट्र का ‘औद्योगीकरण, श्रमिकों का राष्ट्रीयकरण, उद्योगो का श्रमिकीकरण’ हो सके। उद्योगो के भीतर श्रमिकों को उनके श्रम के अनुरूप उचित वेतन का भुगतान हो और उनकी पर्याप्त सुविधाओ का ध्यान रखा जाये, उद्योगो के भीतर श्रमिको का शोषण पूरी तरह से समाप्त हो सके। श्रमिकों को उचित सुवधाओ के साथ उचित सम्मान मिले, जिससे औद्योगिक विकास के साथ राष्ट्र निर्माण भी हो सके। 

                         ठेंगड़ी जी का मानना था कि भारत को साम्यवाद और पूंजीवाद से भिन्न किसी तीसरे रास्ते पर आगे बढ़ने की आवश्यकता है। जिसके मूल मे उन्होने ‘एकात्म मानव दर्शन’ को रखा। एकात्म मानव दर्शन अर्थात अंत्योदय के लक्ष्य को ध्यान मे ध्यान मे रखते हुये आगे बढ़ना। जिसका मूल उदेश्य यही है कि समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति को ध्यान मे रखते हुये, उसके जीवन मे सकारात्मक परिवर्तन को लक्ष्य मानते हुये काम करना। इसी एकात्म मानव दर्शन को ध्यान मे रखते हुये ठेंगड़ी जी के द्वारा वर्ष 1979 मे भारतीय किसान संघ, वर्ष 1983 मे सामाजिक समरसता मंच एवं वर्ष 1991 मे स्वदेशी जागरण मंच जैसे संगठनो की स्थापना की गयी। यह सभी संगठन समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सीधे अपनी पहुच रखने मे सक्षम है। भारतीय किसान संगठन ग्रामीण मजदूरो और छोटे किसानो को साथ मे रख उनके उत्थान और समृद्दि के लिए काम करता है। सामाजिक समसता मंच समाज के भीतर व्याप्त सभी प्रकार की कुरीतियो और अवेध विभन्नताऑ को समाप्त कर समाज के भीतर एकरूपता लाने का कार्य करता है, तो स्वदेशी जागरण मंच किसानो और मजदूरो के द्वारा उत्पादित वस्तुओ के उपयोग हेतु समाज को प्रेरित करने का काम करते है। 

                         ठेंगड़ी जी दूर-द्रष्टा भी थे। उनके द्वारा वित्तीय क्षेत्र को ध्यान मे रखते तब की वर्तमान सरकारो को भी अनेक सुझाव दिये गए जिसमे मुख्य सुझाव था जिसमे उन्होने वर्ष 1971 मे ‘स्वायत्ता वित्तीय निगम’ स्थापित करने की बात कही थी, उनके द्वारा दिये उस समय के सुझाव को भारत की वर्तमान सरकार के द्वारा वर्ष 2016, फरवरी माह मे ‘बैंक बोर्ड ब्यूरो’ की स्थापना की है, जो बैंकिंग क्षेत्र मे प्रबंध के लिए एक स्वायत्त प्रबंधन संस्थान है। एसे ही अनेक राष्ट्रहित के कार्य है जो श्री दत्तोपंत जी ठेंगड़ी को राष्ट्र-ऋषि के रूप मे स्थापित करने का काम करते है।

Along with social equality within the society, it is also necessary to have economic equality. The difference between the rich and the poor in the society should not be so much that the rich can buy everything available in the market and the poor cannot buy anything. If this happens then there is bound to be fragmentation within the society. Keeping this in mind, India's great social reformer and revolutionary Mr. Dattopant Thengdi ji started working in the middle of the society keeping Antyodaya in mind after India's independence. After independence, industrialization was increasing rapidly in India. Industries are like the backbone of any country. By which the country's economy can be strengthened. Immediately after independence, there was a need for a large amount of labour in the industrial sector, but the interests of the workers also needed to be protected.

Keeping this in mind, the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was established in the year 1955 by Mr. Thengadi. The main aim of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh is reflected in his slogan. In which it was said that 'Rashtrahit me karenge kaam,Kaam ka lege pura daam', this slogan shows the sympathy and determination of Thengadi ji towards Antyodaya, as well as shows his dedication towards the Rashtra. Thengadi ji believed that the country's industrial policy and labour policy should be such that the industrialization of Rashtra, nationalization of workers, laborization of industries' can happen. Within the industries, workers should be paid fair wages according to their labour and their adequate facilities should be taken care of, so that the exploitation of workers within the industries can be completely ended. Workers get proper respect with proper facilities, so that rashtra building can be done along with industrial development.

                           Thengadi ji believed that India needed to move forward on a third way other than communism and capitalism. At the core of which he kept 'Integral Manav Darshan'. Integral human philosophy means moving ahead keeping in mind the goal of Antyodaya. Whose main objective is to work keeping in mind the last person of the society, considering positive change in his life as the goal. Keeping this integral human philosophy in mind, organizations like Bhartiya Kisan Sangh in the year 1979, Samajik Samrasta Manch in the year 1983 and Swadeshi Jagran Manch in the year 1991 were established by Thengadi ji. All these organizations are able to reach directly to the last person of the society. Bhartiya Kisan Sangathan works for the upliftment and prosperity of rural labourers and small farmers by keeping them together. Samajik Samrasta Manch works to bring uniformity within the society by eliminating all kinds of evils and illegal differences within the society, while Swadeshi Jagran Manch works to motivate the society to use the goods produced by the farmers and labourers.

From December 01, 2022, the way of payment will change in India because RBI is launching India's first digital currency with pilot project which has been named E-Rupee. E-Rupee digital currency will serve as the official currency of the Government of India. The way printing notes are used in the market at present. In the same way, digital currency in the form of e-form can also be transferred to each other along with buying and selling like printing notes in the market. E-Rupee digital currency can be transferred through online mobile wallet and offline mobile SMS. E-Rupee will also be brought in digital format as 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 2000. There will be no difference of any kind between e-form digital currency and printed currency. The type of belief, behavior and practice of printed currency and coins. Same type of belief, behavior and acceptance of market trends is going to remain on e-Rupee as well. E-Rupee is the official digital currency issued by the government, which will never lose its value. Just as the value of the currently running Vile Notes always remains the same, its value never falls. Similarly, the value of e-form digital currency is always going to remain the same with its release.

India's digital currency e-rupee is not the same as crypto-currency. E-form is definitely a digital currency, but along with being digital, it is the official e-currency being issued by the Government of India, which will be treated as a printed currency ie a printed note. Whose value will always be the same. Indian currency will be issued in the form of token or coupon in digital format by RBI under the supervision of Government of India, but all the standards of security will be shown on e-Rupee as well. Just as the number on a particular series is shown on the notes and along with that many types of security standards are shown. In the same way all security standards will be displayed digitally on E-Rupee. India's digital currency will be issued to the banks through the centralized system, after that the banks will issue e-rupees to their customers and send them to the market. As in the present way of issuing currency. Similarly, digital currency in the form of e-form will be issued by adopting a better and safer method. Initially e-Rupee will be issued as a pilot project. In which initially four major cities have been selected in which Mumbai, Delhi, Bhubaneshwar,  Bengaluru are. RBI has initially selected eight banks for this. In this too, in its first phase, the main four banks have been selected for this. In which State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank and IDFC First Bank have been selected for the first phase. After the first phase, the work of issuing e-Rupee will be done by 4 other Bank of India, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank in all 8 cities along with other ten cities. All these banks will act as intermediaries for issuing e-rupees and banks will prepare digital wallets and other means for this at their own level. So far, digital currency has been issued by more than 10 countries. In which India has also joined now.

Advantages of E-Rupee :- Government of India is issuing digital currency in the form of E-Rupee. Whose benefits will be seen in the coming times. The biggest advantage of digital currency is that there will not be much trouble in keeping it safe. The way notes have to be kept carefully. It has to be protected from water, dust, soil, fire etc. AC can be saved from E-Rupee for any problem. To keep e-Rupee safe, digital wallets will be issued by banks, in which digital currency can be stored and used on time. All such digital wallets that will be developed for e-Rupee will be able to work online as well as offline, which means that e-Rupee can be transferred from normal feature mobile phones as well. By sending the e-Rupee issued by RBI directly to the bank in digital format, the government's transportation money will be saved as well as security will also be complete. Banks will also give e-Rupee directly to customers' accounts in digital wallets, so that it will be completely safe. E-form digital currency can also be transferred without internet. In the series in which the currency printed on paper ie notes come, in the same series digital currency in the form of e will also be issued. Due to which the value of printed currency and digital currency will remain the same.

Will be released in the whole country :- From December 01, 2022, the work of issuing e-Rupee will be done in the first phase. In its first phase, it will be started with four major banks in four major cities. RBI will bring E-Rupee in the market in collaboration with 8 banks. In its second phase, Ahmedabad, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Lucknow, Patna, and Shimla will be included. Based on the instructions of RBI, all 8 banks will work to issue e-Rupee and provide all types of services. E-form is being issued in two parts, one is retail tender e-form and the other is wholesale e-form. Retail e-Rupee will be issued to all. Retail will work for e-Rupee market, in which payments and transfers in the market will be done through retail e-Rupee. The same wholesale e-rupee will be used by all financial institutions including RBI.

ई-रूपी सरकार द्वारा जारी आधिकारिक डिजिटल मुद्रा है, जिसका मूल्य कभी नहीं गिरेगा। जिस प्रकार से वर्तमान में चलने वाले नोटो का मूल्य हमेशा एक समान रहता है कभी भी उसका मूल्य गिरता नहीं है। उसी प्रकार ई-रूपी डिजिटल मुद्रा का मूल्य भी उसके जारी होने के साथ हमेशा एक समान ही रहने वाला है।
