Robert House is not a gambling man, but he imagines the feeling of waiting for Valeâs arrival is akin to what a gambler feels as the dice are in free fall. The fate of his city rests in her hands; he has no direct control over her, no way to ensure her success. Nothing to do but wait for the numbers to show. Itâs maddening.
An alert tells him the bunkerâs door is being opened-- finally, finally. If he had any control over his own respiratory system, he'd let out a sigh of relief.
âI see you've arrived safely,â House says, his image on the monitor betraying none of his doubts. The placement of the security cameras makes it difficult to get a proper view of Vale, and the bunkerâs dim lighting doesnât help matters, but she seems rather paler than usual. He might take it for shock, if not for the lack of any obvious injuries. âShall we get to work?â
14 and 15!
14: Whatâs their opinion on the four factions?
The Brotherhood of steel:
Hates with a burning passion. And no amount of reasoning can convince him otherwise. He seeâs the Brotherhoodâs presence in the Commonwealth as a threat to the Outcasts due to their policy of confiscating technology.Â
The Railroad:
Mostly neutral. Though Tristan would consider them disorganized and very misguided because of this. If asked about them, he will comment on their absence of pre-planning or any consideration for what happens to the synths after they have been liberated (if they remain so for long).
The Institute:Â
Again somewhat neutral. He lacks any tangible information on them but admires the presence of advanced technology in the post-war Commonwealth. If exposed to them long enough he might begin to see enough similarities between them and the Enclave of the Capital Wastes to agree with a Sole Survivor who goes against them.
The Minute Men:
The only faction Tristan has zero qualms against. Primarily because they are the only group he doesnât consider a threat to the Outcasts. He just wants them to keep leaving him alone and everything will be just fine.
15: Whatâs their opinion on synths?
Tristan regards Synths as a form of advanced technology. He firmly stands by the moral standing that it is the duty of mankind to preserve and secure all forms of tech. Â While he does agree with the Brotherhoods sentiments that they donât classify as human, he is opposed to the idea of destroying synths.Â
