"If you die, I'm never bringing you back," 2Bdammed said suddenly, catching Eridin momentarily off guard. They had just arrived back from a scout mission gone wrong, ending up with multiple bullet holes and a stab wound from a poison-tipped dagger. Eridin wondered just what 2Bdammed's boundaries on hate were.

The agent's mind screamed at him to respond, but the poison that used to drip from the weapon seeped into his veins made his blood simultaneously boil and freeze, clouding his mind. "Why?" was all that they could muster, stuttering a meek reply. The doctor huffed as he typed away on his computer, likely updating the patient logs.

"Because you're expendable; we don't need you," he turned to the patient, halting his work, "We don't need a designated scout or informat to do missions; I could do that; hell, Deimos could do that; Hank could do that if he really wanted to." Eridin stared at him with sad eyes. "I'd be more than happy to leave you in purgatory." He turned back to his desk. "You don't share the same ideals as us; we believe that death is just the way of life and you believe that death is only for proclaimed bad people."

The agent stayed quiet for a moment. "Why can't we just co-exist," Eridin starts slowly, "The others are perfectly fine with me. Why are you so difficult?"

2Bdammed stayed silent, and Eridin sighed quietly, eyes drooping tiredly. "Just pump me with more painkillers."
