Hit the stage night before last with my track "Fault Lines" w/ the #ericdingusinstrumentals . I wrote it after reading several articles about #HipHop artists not wanting to talk about #blacklivesmatter and so on. As an artist, I think it's important we talk about what's happening in our communities and find ways to address it in our creations. Doing so feeds your spirit and informs your mind. It's important to remember that your PHYSICAL HEALTH is related to your MENTAL HEALTH and when you don't feed your spirit, you are doing a disservice to your whole body. #BeWellRounded #femcee #fitpoet #transformation #transformforlife (at San Marcos, Texas)
