Flooding from the storm that hit Cypress, TX overnight April 17/18, 2016. Parts of Cypress were hit with 15"+ inches of rain overnight. The areas shown in this video were not flooded this bad initially the first night, but in the middle of the night on the 18/19th, water from other areas surrounding these neighborhoods managed to flow in unexpectedly. Shown in this video are Woodard Elementary (CFISD), Hot Wells, Riata West, Barker Lake, and Stonegate. Shot on a DJI Phantom 3.
