Sometimes, I wonder how feminism still functions when you could believe in equity instead.
Seriously, equity means justice according to natural law or right; specifically freedom from bias or favoritism. The quality of being fair and impartial. I think that's a lot more reasonable to ask for than equality of the sexes. Also, if you're an equitist, there's no way to be exclusionary! It's literally, for everyone, to believe and strive for freedom from bias or favoritism.Â
So what I'm saying is that I am not a feminist, because I don't believe everyone can be equal in life. However, I think everyone can shoot for equity, and treat people fairly based on their own needs.
