Equilibrium Brewing Vulgar Display of Flower - Equilibrium has been getting a ton of hype lately with some people going as far as calling it The Treehouse of the Hudson Valley. There wasn't time in the schedule for us to hit this on our April journey through those parts, but luckily Sam the Beer Man has been getting kegs with decent regularity. This was very good and definitely grew on me through the 2nd and 3rd pours. And this wasn't even anywhere near the top of my "wants" from what I've read.

Equilibrium Wavelength IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Nice mix of citrus, berry, and stone fruit in the hop profile, and a thicker body with some faint wheat sourness and a clean, bitter finish that feels a bit lighter than the body. Quite smooth and easy-drinking, and great hop profile.
