FINALLY FINNISHED. I started this back in early November after I came back from the Leyendecker Exhibit in Reynolda. An absolute pleasure it was to see it. ❤️ I did another homage painting to a favorite I saw in the gallery. (I did trace, then readjust or redraw parts to maintain the integrity of the original poses). Leyendecker had the horses mouth open (like in most of his horse paintings), which is artistically beautiful and looked stunning.
