They look a lot like the Roman doughnuts we make in Latin club sometimes! Since the recipe I have for them says the Romans got it from the Greeks in the first place, that makes sense :-D
Ha, that makes sense. That whole Levant region is so funny. If you’ve spent any time in the Middle East, they have a lot of the same stuff- “We did this first!” but some aspects of language, that the rest of the world recognizes as Arabic, they’re like, “No, no, that’s definitely Greek.” Lol, oooookaaaay. Either way these donuts are delish. And mostly air, which is why I ate eight.

This is so cute and sweet and lovely. Just what I needed this morning. ❤️
I am just acknowledging what my comfort zone is. I live here now.

I've never had that huge collector mentality, but I do appreciate that Funko seems to make figures for ANYTHING. Always surprised how many small and obscure fandoms they represent that you never see merch for
That’s a really good point that I had not come close to considering. It must be FANTASTIC to have at least the possibility of merch for your fandom.

This'll be helpful for those days where I spend more than 2 hours on a painting! Thanks for a possibly life saving tip.
Yeah! And the good thing is that you don’t have to spend the equal amount of time stretching your hips. You can do it for ten or so minutes to get the same benefit.

But what about my neck? My neck gets stretched weird when I do that
Do you have neck pain in addition to back pain? Without being able to put hands on you specifically, I wouldn’t want to try and diagnose anything, but it’s fair to say that helpful positioning becomes much trickier when you have pain in two regions. At that point you have to pick and choose which one a) hurts more and b) you want to try and affect in the moment. If you have to take turns stretching stuff, at the very least, like I was telling @darth-quax, it does not take the exact same amount of time stretching your affected area to get benefit. So if you can’t sleep on your stomach, at least lying on a flat surface and propping on your elbows for a few minutes should give you the same effect.
