"My demons love your demons like crazy. They just needed each other, the same way I need you." OMG! That prologue. How could I not continue reading after that? It makes you want to know more about the first meeting of Ava and Sebastian to understand the current situation. There is a very cute and painful moment from the first pages that prevent you release the book. “it was the perfect first… last kiss.” ß I really need more of this. ♥ (!!!) To be honest with you, I fell in love with this book the first time I saw the cover (It’s so amazing, cute, lovely and perfect). It was a kind of instalove. Also, I want to talk about the title because it’s incredible and called my attention from the start. It sounds superficial, right? But the truth is that once I started reading it I didn’t stop. It’s a fast and easy book to read (even if English is not your native language, my case). It’s suitable for all ages, which is not very common among YA books and which I applaud. A hot scene is not necessary to make a good YA novel. This book took me from my long reading slump. It's like a miracle. ;) Something fabulous about this book? It has its own playlist in its last pages. Physically, Ava is a cliché of YA novels: Red-haired, freckled, pale, tall and skinny. Emotionally, almost too. But it has character, has a voice and knows how to use it and when (girl power!). She has a "quiet" past, or something like that, has not too tragic experience, just painful. She has her mind on one goal: his career. She did not cling to the past, continued to forward. She moved on. As Sebastian, I loved that broke the physical stereotype of the male protagonist. I had never read (or imagined) a character as the author put it in her book. I like that a lot. I loved the plot and I loved the two main characters and their story… . .
