#ep 12 preview

The dude that sits down with kinn? That's the fucking debt collector that beat up Porsche's uncle in ep 1.

Him being in the house, sitting with kinn when we know that he and porsche are never far apart is a clusterfuck of epic proportions waiting to to happen.

And of course you gotta wonder why he's there in the first place.

The chain of event that led to porsche taking the bodyguard job, had always been a little weird to me, because in the end it's just bad luck that puts porsche in a tight enough corner (seemingly). And that's after all the effort kinn (korn) put into getting him to take it.

So what if it wasn't bad luck at all? What if korn did take steps to ensure that porsche would take the job? Porsche has gambler for an uncle who's in a bunch of debt already, it wouldn't be hard to make it seem like a bad turn of a gambler's luck. And it would give porsche less of a reason to resent the main family than using force.

That definitely sounds like something korn would do. Only -

The sheer pain on this is practically enough to take me out. Everyone is in so much pain, everyone is hurting and scared and worried about everyone around them and it's absolutely destroying me.

It's the way Nubsib looks at Gene, it's the way their families are watching together, it's the way Aey is breaking, it's the way Hin stares, it's the way Nubsib sees himself in the mirror, it's the way Tum and Tiffy sit apart but together.
