The back cover of the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil CD for ver. 1.02f still shows the incorrect number for Patchouli's spellcard in the top left corner. This was actually an issue in-game which has been fixed in ver. 1.02e (see /post/783444035881861121/), but the CD cover was never updated to reflect the correction.

The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil CD that is being sold currently contains ver. 1.02f. The CD with ver. 1.00 is not being sold officially anymore, but you can find people and shops selling it at a very high price.
Comparison between the two CD cases: note that on the ver. 1.00 there is no version number written on the cover, while for ver. 1.02f, the version number is present.
