Since he grew up with the impression that he is an only child, the blonde had learnt to be more independent and stood on his own two feet at a rather early age. When he found out about Nixon, his foremost reaction was denial but that quickly morphed into happiness as he knew now that he had a blood or at least half blood sibling in this world.

Depending on how his personality is, Morty would either A) spoil him silly, B) constantly be at wits end or C) simply left him be before his inner sorta maternal instincts came rushing back with a first aid kit and a bowl of soup.
