I want to go deaf so I pump up the volume with each drop. Envision a desert filled in a smoke bomb only for it to disperse right after the intro of the song- and a skeleton in black thrice the size of a truck floats above me on my knees, left in blasphemy and agony and most of all an empty sense of surprise. Something horrifically beautiful and unreal like a surreal video game floats above me as the teammates a few yards behind me yell, but their words are muffled leaving me isolated under the touching charm of death. A females voice seem to echoe around me into a warm push into the surreal monster’s reach, but when my consciousness slips back into reality my knees are embedded in the sand without a second to pass since the encounter with this fiend. The horror grows on me but my eyes cannot forget the beauty of the strange thing as if somewhere deep within my guts a hint of darkness that lived the risk of danger wanted to taste her blade. It swings, it shall; I only hope and start to assume when it all only dissipates in the next second, leaving me to live. Still. And yet. She chose me to show herself to.
