Hello everyone! I'm Faded Aquarius, but you can call me Fae, Faded, or Aqua. Whatever is easiest!

I design wildlife and nature inspired tees, tanks, and gifts. But this shop isn't just about art. It's about survival for the refuges I love, and for the animals they protect.

Here's the reality:

I'm trained and educated as an environmental conservationist. But where I live, budget cuts have made it nearly impossible to get a position in my field. So I work full time as a waitress in a small town, and spend every other waking hour volunteering at local wildlife refuges.

Right now, there are only FIVE paid employees covering THREE refuges. Five. For three wildlife refuges. And then there's me, volunteering alongside them.

🌊🌱That's why I started this shop. Every purchase helps me volunteer full time at these refuges and possibly expand to another that needs help. Your support doesn't just buy a design. It buys time, time for me to be out there, in the blazing heat, hands in the dirt, protecting what can't protect itself! Being the voice of these creatures that can't speak for themselves. we will not live in a sustainable, stable, healthy world.

it means losing convenience. it means doing things the long, hard way. it means giving up wealth, idols, and fame.

it may mean not inventing. not creating. not moving forward.

we don’t need flying cars, or talking computers, or billionaire resorts on the fucking moon.

we need clean air and clean water.

we need land that is wild and untouched by us. yards that are packed with biomass and diversity. roofs that are green, consumer goods that are made ethically, that last long, and biodegrade.

it means bringing back craftsmanship. forgoing automation for the care of the human hand. embracing the village. sharing with your neighbor.

it means universal access to necessities. housing the homeless, feeding the starving - so that we all can spend our time doing things which benefit our world and us all.

Mastering the Flow: Biogas Engineering Simulators & The Future of Waste-to-Energy

In the global race toward net-zero emissions, the conversion of organic waste into renewable energy isn't just a "green idea"—it's a high-stakes engineering challenge. The core of this transition lies in Anaerobic Digestion (AD), a complex biological symphony where bacteria break down organic matter in the absence of oxygen. But how do we scale from a simple backyard compost to a high-efficiency industrial powerhouse? The answer lies in the precision of Biogas Engineering Simulators.  

The Science of Simulation: Why Precision Matters

Turning food waste, manure, or sewage into fuel involves a delicate chemical dance. Raw biogas is typically a volatile mixture containing CH4 (50–75%) and CO2 (25–40%), alongside corrosive contaminants like H2S and moisture. This replaces trial-and-error with data-driven, verifiable energy production models that investors and environmentalists can trust.  

Optimizing the "Chemical Kitchen"

A high-quality engineering simulator allows operators to fine-tune the three critical pillars of biogas efficiency:

Upgrading Purity: Testing the efficacy of chemical absorption (using NaOH or KOH) to strip away CO2. In simulated environments, methane content can jump from a baseline 56% to a high-octane 85%, ready for the national grid.  

Contaminant Scrubbing: Calculating the exact saturation points for activated carbon to eliminate H2S. Precision modeling can guarantee a 99% reduction in acidic content, protecting downstream equipment from corrosion.  

Feedstock Synergy (Co-Digestion): Simulating the interaction of fats, oils, and proteins. These "sim-runs" identify the specific Organic Loading Rates (OLR) that trigger a "methane surge" without crashing the system's pH balance.

Improperly managed organic waste is a ticking climate bomb. Methane is over 80 times more potent than carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas in its first 20 years in the atmosphere. By capturing this gas through optimized, simulated systems, we transform an environmental hazard into renewable baseload power.
