Hello! Omg, I just saw your gorgeous perfect Abbott Elementary gifset via tvarchive and have to ask: how did you get that awesome effect on the font? I love it so much ... is there a tutorial or something you know of that I could learn it from? Please and thank you!
Hi thank you so much! For this set, I first had the text as just white with a drop shadow effect. Then, I made the blending effect ādifferenceā and changed the color overlay to ācolorā and chose the shade I wanted. Once thatās done and the text was centered, I duplicated that layer. With that new layer, I changed the blending effect back to normal, made the fill opacity 0, and then added a 1pt white stroke outside. I centered this layer so it was directly over the first text layer and then I edited the position so that it was 2px over to the right and 2px down so itās now offset from the original. Thatās it!
