The implementation of K to 12 programs are based on some philosophies of education.  Some philosophical belief like evidence-based approach of education where “learn by doing” is the highlight of the current educational system in the K-12 program. The spiral curriculum design denotes the leveraging of difficulty and exposure in all subject areas.  The K-12 system is the integration of philosophical beliefs in general which are already proven to favor good results in other countries yet not all.  K-12 today is the universal or generally accepted type of basic education provided across the world to stretched out the playing field in the global landscape.  With this, K-12 program has its all beneficial content and total landscaping of curriculum, emphasizing in skills development towards manpower skills and specialization of tracks towards achieving degree in education.

In the dynamic revolution of social norm.  Learners’ are becoming varied and constantly changing accordingly.  With this situation, curriculum building and industrial relevancy towards manpower and functional literacy should remain still as an embedded culture in developing educational landscape.  This is because the consideration of general nation building is still the general aim of education.  To produce competent, skillful, and functional citizens are which country always aims to produce to improve the economic growth, but only through proper educational landscaping of curriculum and implementation of quality educational system is the key of revolutionizing the current state.  It is therefore, to dance with the changing or dynamic norm is the key and still inculcate the general aim of nation building.

Educational system is inseparable from political system and society as a whole because we are simply under the common goal of nation building. As always embedded and stipulated in the Philippine developmental plan of our country whereby education is always a part of nation building towards improvement in the quality of life as well as individual growth.  In the general bureaucracy, it is under in one umbrella which notably political in a way that both sphere of government agency must go hand-in-hand in developing the country which believes that education would be a big factor landscaping the field of competency.  It not therefore to conclude that the educational system is already ruled-out by the political system or being used and abused by the political system.  In the ultimate aim of targeting “educational for all”, school was described to serve as a public entity which provides “right to education” of the children, where politicians of the government should support its binding law.
