Is that possible, in dumb masses? Nope. So the technology wiz kids at Silicon Valley developed tech to create #AI, in other words, Artificial Intelligence, because the average human is plain ole dumb In fact, in 1945 #Vannevar Bush publish a Thesis he titled As We May Think, which imagined a machine to think for humans - eventually in the 1980's Bill #Gates invented the Personal Computer to bring this into reality Today, Ray Kurzweil is working on his #Singularity biomicroprocessor to merge humans to computers, creating a hybrid human brain, which #Elon #Musk is evolving into his cyber brain tech My point? I’m interested in how this H-LAM/T system engages Englebart’s concept of it. 

Englebart engages the computational metaphor in his research. Drawing on examples of humans using machines to augment their work, Englebart argues that the H-LAMT (Humans using Language, Artifacts, and Technology in which he is trained) is the system that acts as a conceptual framework “with which could grow a coordinated research and development program.” His premises that an individual’s effect on the world depends on what he can share with it through his limited motor channels, and that as humans we can “derive comprehension from truly complex situations, and accomplish the processes of deriving and implementing problem solutions,” permit the H-LAMT system to execute problem-solutions regardless of obstacles that come into play. This is because as a problem arrives, humans can use their innate abilities with LAMT to find a solution and a way to share it so that others can address the problem as well.
