Just finished my statics homework due in an hour yay. I had enough time to do it and stuff but I should really start completing my homework earlier.

The competition is increasing at a really fast pace. If you want to earn great heights and positions in your career then you have to work on your social life. You have to be active in whatever you are doing. You have to make sure that you do something that helps you grow directly or indirectly.

Have you ever been to a place wherein you felt that you learnt something? Have you ever talked to people who gave you something important to munch on? Have you bagged a lot of information from a gathering ever? Well, if not then you should try for it now. You can become a part of gatherings like International conferences. These are the conferences that are full of information, social life and activities. You can find a great pinch of eventfulness in these gatherings.

Make a new friend

It might sound weird to you but it is true that friends come in all sizes. Yes, there are some friends who are your professional friends. They give you a professional feeling. You get to talk to them so much about professional growths and so on. You can talk to them about the trends going on in the business world and take their suggestions too. You must be thinking about where to make these professional friends from? Of course, your office is not a good place to make good professional friends. It is simply because the friends made in office are more of colleagues. They are not really your friends.

However, when you go to conferences like International conferences, you make friends who are not your colleagues but your professional friends. Their presence, existence and guidance can help you grow immensely. Similarly, they too would get to learn a lot from you. They are going to become a better version of them. These are the things that do matter a lot in lives. If you have never had a professional friend in your life, you cannot relate to this pleasure.

Links are Different

Sometimes you end up making good friends in conferences. You talk to people, exchange your thoughts and spend some time together. In this way you get to experience so much of pleasure and comfort. Sometimes you get to know about some people in a conference and they too get to know about you. You at times exchange greetings and talks but you are not really friends. You just know each other because of professional acquaintance. You can talk to them if you find yourself stuck in a professional issue and they might or might not help you. But who knows when, which link turns out to be a boon for you!
