Why do we hold fictional characters up to real world standards and demonize people who are fans of characters who have done bad things in their respective plots? Personally i enjoy villainous characterd as well as characters who are broken and have done dubious things due to being so. Does that mean i condone such actions irl? Ofcourse not. I just recognize that characters are just that characters who are tools to serve a greater story. And stories need conflict lest they become boring and fail to challenge the reader/viewer/players outlook on life. This is slightly related but i urge people to watch and engage criticaly with media that makes you uncomfortable. It is important for self developmemt that you dont stay locked in your safety bubble.
