Aegon sat back on the settee, he was naked with a bed sheet covering his lap; as he had just woken up from being out in fleasbottom the night before. He had gotten drunk and obviously got in a fight with someone. A bruised eye, busted lip and his hand scrapped. It was a sure sight of a brawl happening but the prince had no memory of what happened.

It's   not   usual   for   Helaena   to   be   the   one   to   initiate   things.   Affections   had   always   been   odd   between   the   two.   Marriage   had   tangle   the   notion   where   a   sister   begins   and   a   wife   starts   and   he   is   sure   the   same   goes   for   her   regarding   him.   The   touch   is   simple,   gentle   even.   A   gentle   scratch   by   the   name   of   his   neck   as   they   kissed   and   he   had   hummed   into   it,   the   way   fingers   trace   through   his   hair   and   leave   him   hanging.   He   is   used   to   rush   through   all   of   his.   Helaena   does   not   usually   command   the   room   but   she   did   in   that   moment,   as   Maesters   and   close   friends   left   the   room.

What had once been a home to him, now felt like a place he no longer recognised in a sense. Yes, the streets and such were the same, but he no longer felt welcome there. Perhaps it were the banners of the Faith of Seven that were hung all over the place, or perhaps it was the fact he felt as if Alicent and her spies were watching him at every single moment. It was getting on his nerves, having this feeling as if he had to watch every single moment and word.

SO DIFFERENT, YET SO FAMILIAR. Silver-gold had been seen so often when Alys’ eyes shut, soft waves, lips whispering clear fears, dangerous promises. She appeared no different in the waking world, more reserved, if anything. Rhaenyra had been crowned Queen mere days ago, and with her pregnancy running towards the end, she had not been quite as active as should become a new Queen. However, she knew that she would be able to relax even less once the babe were born. So she did her duties, with small breaks here and there, and after, she had build a habit of visiting her half-sister Helaena.
