What are you looking forward to about Endure?: literally nothing. this is the Worst Roleplay. oh, wait, they’re paying me to promote it??? okay, sorry, here we go. i am beyond excited for the interactivity of this rp, like i think the execution makes this project so unique?? and i can’t wait for events to feel like they’re really decided by us as a group, and to see all of the characters develop in such a quantifiable way. i really wanna make myself cry with these deaths and i’m so so stoked on this okay like so much passion went into this roleplay

What skeletons have caught your eye so far?: i mean...guardian hasn’t been posted yet but i think i’ll like her? kinda put all my stock on that one so the skeleton better be good

If you were in a zombie apocalypse, what three items would you carry around at all times?: my dog, my baby brother, and a flamethrower. that’s a visual.

What is your favorite zombie show/movie/game?: i’ve seen every gd piece of zombie media but i will always be stuck on tlou.

What is your favorite video game?: until dawn or the last of us or like...hm...yeah no i’ll keep it at those two otherwise this section will be a NOVEL !

What are you looking forward to about Endure?: I’m looking forward for everyone to kill their characters for the angst despite me sobbing at their feet begging them to love me more than they love their angst

What skeletons have caught your eye so far?: I guess the only one I’m allowed to say is my own, Phoenix but I really love a lot of them!!!!!

If you were in a zombie apocalypse, what three items would you carry around at all times?: “Personally, I would bring my pet rock.” I stand by this. Also, the other admins were like “for bashing heads in??” and I was like n O FOR CUDDLING. Someone help them.

What is your favorite zombie show/movie/game?: Yeah nuh uh. I did start playing The Last of Us!!! But it takes me a good bit to recover from playing it lol so it’s slow going.

What is your favorite video game?: I have been obsessed with Oxygen Not Included. I also bought a couple other ones that I haven’t played yet because I’ve been exhausted and busy but!!!

well, i’m playing ace, who you all will meet tomorrow, but i don’t know! i love so so many of the skeletons. i definitely don’t have any faves.

probably my butterfly knife, some matches, and my favorite book *insert sunglasses emoji*

what is your favorite zombie show/movie/game?: 

well the last of us was my first introduction to like... appreciating the zombie world, but that being said i’m a genuine sucker for fear the walking dead, if i’m being honest. hazard is for sure inspired by nick clark.

what is your favorite video game?: 

fucking can’t believe aj really answered the sims for this and is making me question every video game to see if i actually like it more than the sims.... she ruined me...

ARCHITECT: When the world gets too loud, how does your character find peace?

Hunter finds peace in the loud--she is the loud. When things stand still, when they’re quiet and peaceful, she loses her mind. If the world stopped for even a moment, she might think too much. She might start making lists of every time she made a wrong move, the hundreds of things that could’ve happened to her brother, the thousands of things that can still go wrong.

Instead, she keeps her mind silent by living externally. She never stops moving, never stops trying to help. Even now, when every educational establishment she’s ever been to is being returned to nature, she learns. She speaks to others about their experiences, about what they know, and she wants to learn everything they have to teach. She wants to build, create, and improve the skills she does have. It’s the only way she knows how to stop the noise in her head.

HAZARD: How has your character adapted to this new world? Do they enjoy it, even prefer it?

For five years, Hunter has managed to stay strong because she lies. She acts like nothing has changed, like it’s the same world that she woke up in when she was twenty. Of course, she doesn’t do any of the same things she did when she was twenty. She fights for survival more than ever--but killing zombies has become one of her chores, a necessary evil, something she just has to grit her teeth and bear.

What are you looking forward to about Endure?:

Everything??? Such gorgeous characters already, range of ages and people and backgrounds. And then the absolutely fantastic mechanisms that look to be in play (I love a good RP that doesn’t just have the standard events its why I’m in love with worthfightingfor good event structure makes me human). And the the setting looks like its going to be a lot of fun to play in, intercharacter dynamics so rife with possibility, backstory filled with angst, ofc zombies!

What skeletons have caught your eye so far?:

So Atlas (we share the same name its why I found yall), who’s older than my normal character play range, but that just means they have more history and more interest, and so full of possible angst, and such a good soft bean whos burdened by the world. Also Pistol (I love a good military kid there’s so much going on), and I love the fc Courtney Eaton, and I was an army cadet in the UK so anytime I get to play that part up I’m excited!. And maybe Judas (all we have is the name but I’m still so pumped)!

If you were in a zombie apocalypse, what three items would you carry around at all times?:

A big ass knife, or a sword, or something sharp to chop, but also cut wood and survive. A notepad and pen (they count as one object okay?) for recording history in these dark days, but also for drawing the flowers. Cape/cloak. The world is ending and you don’t think I’m going to return fashion to how it was before electricity? To take the chance to wear a hooded cloak and make it spin oh so elegantly? You betcha I will.

What is your favorite zombie show/movie/game?: 

The Last of Us, Telltale : Walking Dead, Warm Bodies (idk why its so good to me), Zombies! Run (aka the best exercise app ever)

What is your favorite video game?: 

The Last of Us, Uncharted, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Life is Strange, aka complex story driven and character driven narratives. (Though I’ve only watched LPs of the first two because I have no console - :( )
