My childhood home has a small orchard of satsuma orange trees in the back yard. My mom is trying to sell the house since we no longer live there, and this ask makes me wonder if maybe she’d let me take a tree, but I don’t know if there’s anywhere in the yard I could put it.

Yeah my house didn’t flood at all? Like our neighborhood only had what could be called “big puddles” we were really lucky.
Wow I. Completely didn’t realize this was referring to my nosebleed post. I thought this was asking about how I fared in the Louisiana flooding.So I guess in a roundabout way that does answer the question? I live in Louisiana, a lush, semi-tropical, wet hellhole. So humid the air feels like pudding sometimes.
