Not that it's hard to get my attention... But probably the easiest way to get me to appreciate someone forever is with a very specific niche alternate birth.
Specifically, oral birth I feel is really hard to come across. I don't feel strong enough in my own writing to get it down too well, but once I figure out how to work good variation into it... I really want to get more stuff about it into my blog and be the weird kink content I want to see in the world.
I'm not even big into emeto stuff, but contractions pushing the baby the wrong way, a bulge moving up the chest, restricting breathing as it passes the lungs, and crowning in the throat, the parent struggling to talk as they sputter out a whole baby.... I really hope it'll catch on a bit more.
