There’s something important I need to tell you all, and I think I owe you honesty, even if it’s uncomfortable.

For a long time, I’ve said that I was 30. The truth is that I’m 22.

I know some of you are shocked, disappointed, hurt, or angry reading this. You have every right to feel that way. I lied, and I take full responsibility for that. I’m not writing this to excuse it or ask anyone to ignore it.

The reason I lied is honestly much less dramatic than it should have been. When I created this account, I wanted to help people. I wanted to answer asks, offer support, share what I’d learned from my own experiences, and hopefully make someone feel a little less alone.

Part of the reason I almost never answered DMs properly and always insisted on communicating through asks was because I never wanted this account to become personal. I never wanted people to become attached to me as an individual. I wanted the focus to stay on helping, listening, and supporting people from a distance.

My intention was never to find a relationship here. I wasn't looking for a partner, attention, or emotional validation. I created this space because I wanted to be useful to people. That's all it was supposed to be.

At the time, I was convinced that nobody would take a 22-year-old seriously. I thought that if people knew my real age, everything I said would immediately be dismissed.

That doesn't make what I did okay. The truth is that every answer, every conversation, every piece of care I gave came from me. My thoughts were mine. My experiences were mine. My intentions were mine. I was never pretending to be someone else, and I never lied to manipulate people or gain something from them.

But I still lied. And as this community grew, it became harder and harder to correct. Every day I stayed silent made it feel more difficult to tell the truth. That's my responsibility, not yours.

I am genuinely sorry. If you feel hurt, betrayed, disappointed, or angry, I understand. If you want to unfollow me, block me, stop sending asks, or simply step away from this space, I respect that completely. At the same time, I want to thank every single person who has trusted me with their stories, their struggles, their happiness, and their lives. Being allowed into those moments has meant more to me than I can properly express.

Everything I've ever tried to do here has come from a place of care. I've answered asks through my own experiences, my own learning, my own mistakes, and my own understanding of the world. Maybe I've gotten things wrong sometimes, but my intention has always been to help, never to harm.

One more thing because I know some of you will worry about this: Lily knows. We've talked about it, and we're okay.

I know this revelation may change the way some of you see me. I understand that. All I can do now is be honest and allow everyone to make their own decision.

Recently, I've been receiving an overwhelming number of asks about eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and other very serious struggles.

I want to gently say that if an ask is too graphic or deeply personal, I may not answer it publicly. Not because I don't care, but because I don't want others in this space to be negatively affected or triggered by reading it.

Please know that I see you. And all of you who trust me enough to share your pain. And honestly, I worry about you more than you know.

But there are some things I cannot solve for you.

If you're struggling, the bravest thing you can do is stop pretending everything is okay and reach out to someone in your real life. Talk to your parents, a trusted adult, a counselor, a therapist, a doctor - someone who can truly support you and help you get the care you deserve.

Please don't take my lack of response as rejection. It comes from a place of care, not indifference.

I care about every one of you deeply. I want you to be safe. I want you to be healthy. I want you to have a future that you're excited to wake up to.

You don't have to carry everything alone, and you don't have to keep suffering in silence.

Please take care of yourselves, my loves. And please reach out for professional help when you need it.

I believe in you. More than that, I believe you're stronger than the voice telling you to give up.

But I think some of you may have misunderstood the point of my post a little. The focus wasn't really on me or on the comments about my body specifically. Those were only examples.

The main point was about being respectful, not spreading rumors, asking instead of assuming, respecting boundaries, and remembering that this is a public space where many different people are reading.

So please don't worry about me. I'm alright. I simply wanted to remind everyone to be thoughtful with their words and kind to one another. That's all.
