Got a prescription for emgality injections for chronic migraine. Yay for getting to stab myself in the stomach once a month... I get my two injection loading dose next Wednesday... Luckily my insurance covered it because I've tried so many migraine treatments.

Anyone tried this? I'm always so nervous to try newer meds. But at this point I'll do anything to stop the daily migraines.

Might also be getting botox so any personal experiences with that for chronic migraine would also be helpful!
