She knew that the sunset was the same no matter where you were, but seeing it so far from home was bittersweet; it was breathtaking, the sky washed with different hues of pink and orange... and even though she had seen the sky like this back home it just felt different when she was here.

              OH  BUT  CAN ’ T  SHE  SEE  THE  SMILE  ON  HIS  FACE  .  there ’ s  no  denying  he ’ s  enjoying  watching  the  fear  in  her  eyes  &  having  heard  her  scream  ,  oh  he  appears  too  ecstatic  .  he ’ s  leaned  over  ,  holding  his  stomach  with  both  hands  .  yes  ,  previous  expressions  of  this  nature  make  it  hard  to  distinguish  them  from  one  another  .  one  of  joy  &  another  of  hasty  fear  or  disbelief  ,  they  all  blend  together  so  well  .  a  low  rumble  from  within  builds  up  into  boastful  laughter  &  if  this  wasn’t  enough  ——  then  he ’ ll  laugh  some  more  until  she  agrees  .  it  was  definitely  funny  .

              THE  MASK  WAS  DECORATED  IN  A  GENEROUS  AMOUNT  OF  FAKE  BLOOD  ,  maybe  even  a  little  more  than  michael  myers  had  in  that  movie  ;  halloween  ,  but  hey  ,  his  little  prank  worked  &  that  was  all  that  mattered  .  waiting  it  out  to  hide  behind  trees  &  shrubs  ,  around  the  street  corners  &  cars  ——  all  for  this  moment  was  definitely  worth  it  .  the  costume  was  pretty  inexpensive  too  making  this  cheap  trick  worth  every  moment  .

                   Altenna was Travant’s daughter.

                   Allies or not, it was still a bit awkward whenever he received the king and had to wait with his children whenever he went off. This time he’d taken Arione with him, leaving him only with Altenna. The emperor drummed his fingers against the armrest of his seat and leant forward, his eyes flitting between the young girl and the nearest bookcase.
