After years of effort on its part and lots of growth, what began as a tiny Anubias has finally breached the surface in the 40gal. I get it, Anubias. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

It is built on a fluval edge with LED from chihiros. Summer has been thought for it, but after a few rework, it seems to deserve another extension

My Eichhornia azurea ‘red stem’ transitioned to emersed growth while I stored it at the surface of my tank, which is bad because it’s one of the few plants that won’t transition back to submersed; The only way to produce submersed growth is by cutting of the tip an letting it sprout anew underwater.
