If you have more green freaks (canon/characters that show up in comics or games), feel free to add them. They do not have to be a whole new character either, obviously. I put green Amy and knuckles in there. And the player character since they can be green.
Really the only limits are, "they have to have shown up in official Sega/Sonic Team games, merch, or comics."
