I am authentic in every now moment. I do not cut off parts of myself so that only the “good” ones remain. I do not separate myself and shine high powered laser beams on the aspects of self I find to be out of alignment. I do not disown inner children. I do not close my doors and burn sage so that my own darkness can’t get me. I would not reiki the living crap out of a 2 year old having a temper tantrum and call her an entity that needs to be removed, so neither would I do that with the inner 2 year old part of myself, who is manifesting some rather interesting scenarios. All is wisdom. All deserves respect. All requires presence. All is light when we see it as such. In the ascension experience, we move from 3D entrapment to the 4D experience of extreme good and evil and service to self / service to others polarized consciousness. We embody the victim / savior template of reality, and in the new age movement, this is the “love and light” vs everything unwanted, where I work tirelessly to only manifest what is high vibrational and reject all else. There is nothing wrong with this, it is a necessary step of ascension. But when we move into 5D, it is a balancing, an embracing all with love and no longer viewing life through the lens of good and bad. We live from the inside out, realizing if we create our own reality, then what we perceive as outer is actually inner. We no longer seek to separate from our shadow, but embrace it and love it. When we begin to shift into 6D awareness, huge shifts take place. We lower our consciousness back in order to integrate 5D with 3D, and clear massive amounts of inner shadow and traumas and subconscious, indeed unconscious beliefs and core wounds. This can be seen by us as “OMG what on earth is happening, am I descending, why am I going back to what I already experienced as 5D and held love and forgiveness for”. Yet trust the process, although it is brutal. Do not let “love and light” seekers in 4D tell you something is wrong. They mean well, we’ve all been there.
