Vogt, considered as “The Greatest Designer On Earth”, grew up on Hip Hop in Germany in which he flourished as an acclaimed visual artist amongst his peers during the time he spent at “The Combo”, developing his talents painting the “Free Walls” designated for graffiti artist in Deutschland by a major change in government legislation led by International Renown Artist “Baske” granting the young artists permission to beautify the City through Amazing decorative pieces testing their paint and giving New Life to Old Neighborhoods.
