Karine is from Plombor, she's a moduleur that specializes in gold manipulation. She is an engineer working on a project of turning a human being into a golden statue. 

Karine is hard-working but introverted, and her inability to put herself out there used to hinder her career. Now that she was placed to work on this project, she holds on to it because it's the long-awaited recognition of her talent.

The experiment subject is Paz, @scarabeegrandma 's OC :3 the whole story is centered around these two.

Casimir is from Sidh, they're a Caniculaire (basically fire powers, but they don't use them very often). They have an adventurous spirit and they're always looking to find out more about the world they live in, but their curiosity eventually gets them involved in some shady business. They come too close to discovering a worrying truth about Persephone, the family spirit of Sidh, and go on a quest to learn the whole story.

Bogdan and Yeruslan are Necromancers, both born and raised on Sidh. Now they work on Plombor as security guards for hiring. (Think Necromancer guards on Babel :]) 

Bogdan is a Caniculaire like Casimir. He usually maintains a cold appearance (pun intended), but he's very protective towards his loved ones. He holds his home ark very dearly, and being so far away from home stresses him out. Bogdan works on Plombor to support his family on Sidh, and he's happy when he meets Yeruslan, another Necromancer there (even though the feeling isn't mutual)

Fun fact: Bogdan uses a musket and applies his Caniculaire powers to deliver extra devastating blasts :] 

Yeruslan is a Verglacé (basically ice powers). He put in a lot of effort into mastering his abilities and becoming one of the most skilled Verglacé fighters. He used to take a lot of pride in his skill, but one time his powers failed him, and he became self-conscious because of that.

He can be a bit harsh, especially towards Bogdan because he reminds him of his past.

Benou is a skilled Animist and a hugeeee astronomy nerd. She has a pet telescope she animated many years ago, and it's followed her everywhere since :] I imagine she does some boring office job but dreams of working at Artemis's observatory ^^

(She doesn't have a ton of lore but I think she's pretty fun still ^^)

her lore is a bit spoilery and kinda vague for now, but I do plan on adding onto it in the future :]

Starting off strong with an A&A Arc 2 comic :D

Anne is feeling insecure about her friendships once again and George provides some much needed reassurance </3

Here's my second biggest project to date!! An animatic for my Jane Austen inspired story, Amity & Admiration :D it covers the beginning of A&A Arc 2, where Anne, the protagonist, tries to navigate her new relationships as a young adult and messes everything up TuT

The story in the animatic goes...

Anne [the curly haired girl that's on screen for the most part] used to struggle with her friendships, but at some point she met George Astley [the cute sideburns guy] who was outgoing and quite popular. Anne did not escape his charms and eventually they became friends and started spending a lot of time together.

Everything was going well until Anne suddenly felt they were drifting apart, she feared she ruined a hard-earned friendship and started avoiding George. Thankfully Charlotte, George's sister [the tall girl with a small bun], noticed that and asked Anne what was wrong and offered to reconcile, inviting Anne to visit them and go to an art exhibition together. While Anne was honored to receive this invitation, she didn't know how to react properly because it was the first time someone noticed her avoidant tendencies and still remained by her side.

In the end, Anne didn't show up (even though she promised she would) and instead went out with her other acquaintances to avoid processing what had happened. She didn't like them much and wasn't having a good time, and to make it even worse, she ran into the twins, which left her feeling guilty for rejecting Charlotte's kindness. Anne spent the whole day feeling miserable, and when the night fell, she decided to pay her friends the promised visit, even though she was sure they wouldn't let her in.

Anne's fears almost proved true when she was met with a "Ms Astley is not at home", but Charlotte, who was previously insulted by Anne's behavior, had a change of heart and decided to welcome Anne into their apartment anyway. Anne was shocked to be met such kindness after how she'd treated her friends, but after all she was accepted and forgiven ^^

The kids that appear throughout the animatic are Anne's childhood friends that she eventually fell out of touch with (they are NOT dead although it may seem like that in the beginning ToT), and the long-haired guy that shows up towards the end is Charles, a close friend of George and Charlotte ^^

🖤 Unnamed salamander baby that looks innocent but radiates eldritch horror vibes

🤍 Meissa, a skilled light magic user that's set on perfecting her abilities however unhealthy it may be for her

💖 Callow, a shepherd that joined the squad on their journey just for the fun of it (right?..)

🧡 Calice, an elegant fight-loving mercenary hired by the squad (even though they're looking for something she doesn't appreciate at all)

I love how this spread turned out, these characters are so fun to draw B)
