My Salal patches are exploding this year! Salal is a rather unknown plant in the healing and food world, mostly recognized as used in floral arrangement. I call this plant a trifecta medicine, it is gentle yet containing an immense amount of subtle strength - I use the leaves for tea, sorbet, bath soaks and tincture and don't get me started on the berries :) that's how much there is to say about this plant, it's one best learned over time ;) but enjoyed immediately. #pnwnaturalmedicines #elmalove #countrymystic #naturechild #naturesmedicinecabinet
