🌟 and 👤 for the ask game! —Therie
🌟 - What illness symptom/torture tactic/snz trigger do you have the most fun portraying or reading?
I'm such a coldfucker to my core. There's something so deeply and unfathomably sexy to me about someone sneezing just because they are so sick they cannot help it, no matter how they might try to hold back or how much self control they usually have
👤 - Describe your current favorite character (including OCs)
Nobody is going to be surprised to hear that it's Elliott. He is my babygirl. My blorbo supreme. I've had him for almost a decade and he occupies a lot of my brain space bc I have never had an OC this long before and I've spent awhile developing him
He's so nice it's pathetic and detrimental, and he is definitely like a codependent doormat which makes people either want to protect him or want to take advantage of that. He's sooo sickly and allergic and weird and everyone knows that about him, and he's so embarrassed that this is one of the things people know most when they think of him. He's so painfully earnest and kind-hearted and also absolutely incapable of taking a chill pill. He is full tilt on everything, and refuses to rest or relax because he's always got to be doing something and feels guilty about anyone having to take care of him or the notion that he can't pull his own weight (and being a parent does not help this fact, because even if he could take a day off from a job, he does not have the luxury of taking a sick day from a child existing, even if she's a teen who is self sufficient enough to manage no problem if he took a day to die in bed like an animal)
He's tall and leans more beautiful than handsome, and keeps his hair tied back in a braid that hangs thick and heavy like rope well past his waist. He has a gap in his teeth that I think is so charming but he's self conscious about (but it's the 1890s in alternate history London so orthodontics are not really an option), and has a habit of always being in motion and fidgeting to some degree, whether that's worrying at his cane or adjusting his tie or rubbing at his nose (whether it's necessary or not)
He is also So Desperate when he sneezes. It is always always wet, always in multiples, and always so wrenchingly desperate that it draws attention even if it isn't loud. His pockets are always tucked full of handkerchiefs, usually in various states of use, and always one (1) tucked into his breast pocket like a pocket square that is absolutely off limits to himself just in case somebody else needs one for lending, because he is A Gentleman
