The anthology comic Journey Into Mystery 69 was published with a cover date of June 1961. It was one of the first two comics to add MC to the cover for the change to Marvel Comics. Besides original material, the issue also reprinted a story from Journey Into Unknown Worlds 48. The Iron Giant segement took place in the Old West. The issue introduced Korilla, Charlie (created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby), Lonely Ben Perkins, and Annie the Living Train (created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Paul Reinman).
