yes lots of thoughts. renee & allison are canon as far as im concerned. after seth, when allison is ready, she needs someone who is her equal but she also needs someone who is softer. allison is harsh and renee can be harsher, but she is what allison needs. renee is soft and calm and steady and strong.

dan is both of their best friend. we know they used to be on rival teams and decided that if they were going to survive being on a team dominated by boys, they’d have to be a strong alliance. that alliance turned into a beautiful friendship and is still going strong.

they have a lot of movie nights and matt is invited to some of them but sometimes it’s just them and matt is allowed to be nowhere near.
