dawg i theorized that because both of her and joseph have the same blue hair (joseph has a blue fade on his hair) and eye color and that might also connect with genetics
but one thing that makes it very incorrect is because of the side profiles on both of them
(Nose is more pointy and eyebrows are too thick compared to josephs)
but for one way or another their features are way too similar to josephs so maybe just maybe a either sibling that just ran away (or something else) or just a distant cousin
