I actually have quite a lot of headcanons for a parallel life where Valkyon is still there, our girl is a badass 100% human, and there is an unspoken thing going on between her and the two brothers, that none of them can put a word on. Tell me if you want me to develop it !! I would love to make a new scenario with you here.

Guards | « If we don’t end war, war will                                              

Oh my god, I literaly LOVE your request. I never thought about it before, but that was soooo interesting to write. All of you, let make us know where you would see the guys too !

↠ CASTIEL ↞

— The obsidian guard. Since he’s not subtle at all and can’t help doing stupid things (like provoke people or make fail diplomatic negotiations with a single word), both Nevra and Ezarel would make it clear to Ykhar - no way he finishes in their guard, unless they all want the end of the actual system. Thus, it was more by default Castiel was placed in the Obsidian’s guard. He’s clearly not the best fighter, but his courage and his strenght would be enough for Valkyon to finally be proud of his new man.

—Companion : a gallytrot. Let’s be honest, it will be war between him and Nevra, only to know who has the prettiest, the kindest and the most badass puppy in the surroundings (to the entire guard’s fright, since one dangerous creature like that was already more than enough before Castiel’s arrival).

↠ NATHANIEL ↞

— The light guard. Even in Eldarya, and once he found his footing, he would quickly get promoted. Give him maybe one year before Miiko officially announce his promotion. He is totally made to organize the HQ, give missions and analyse all kinds of situations with cold blood. He would be the perfect new Keroshane to support Ykhar in her work.

— Companion : a panalulu. He’s definitely not made for a fighter or an explorer one. He becomes a true mama with him, would die of agony every time he would absolutely have to let himgo away from the HQ. You can be sure he would have never-ending discussions with Valkyon about how to properly pamper a pet and to stop that barbaric tradition to send them in dangerous places.

↠ KENTIN ↞

— The shadow guard. He’s a warrior, we all have to recognize it. But in Eldarya, Kentin would probably never fit for the expectations of the obsidians. He has more of the discreet, agile, supportive warrior. He will not lead the fight, but will support the field soldiers and facilitate their job as much as he can. Still, Nevra can be pleased with a unit like him. He is capable to defend himself or others if they end up in a bad situation, at least until the backup arrives to relieve him.

— Companion : a minaloo. He fell in love at the first sight with that fragile, small blind puppy. Somehow, he reminded of him when he was bullied and pushed back because of who he was. He promised he would do everything he could to make him the most powerful and appreciated pet in all the HQ. And guess what ? He royally succeeded. They now are inseparable, and Kentin couldn’t think of leaving for a mission without him. They were meant to meet and find their place together.

↠LYSANDER ↞

— The absynth guard. He never realised how talented and made for this guard he was, until Ezarel asked him to become his right-arm man. His patience, his love for nature and living beings, his seriousness and his creativity made him one of the best alchemists in the guard. It’s even more impressive when you remember he didn’t grow up in Eldarya, and still managed to learn so quickly, and is attentive to the world around him.

— Companion : a pimpel. Since the time Lysander wanted a cute little rabbit at home, it was obvious he would do everything he can to save one of those from the market. People were actually amazed at how quickly he managed to win the trust of one of the most fearful pets. They are never far away from each other, Lysander being the protective and calm spirit a fragile creature needs to enjoy good times.

↠ARMIN ↞

— The shadow guard. He probably cheated just to finish there, let’s be honest. And that was maybe for the best, since he would have never been sent to the Obsidian’s Guard, and Ezarel’s anger has to be way much worse than Delanay’s if you make explode his laboratory. But Nevra doesn’t care, since his ego has been totally honoured, by seeing him duping the whole system just to finish in his cool, badass and best managed guard. Yes, his little playful and manipulative sides are why he was truly made for the Shadow guard. Careful to the deadly duo he will form with Chrome, they are brats together, even Ezarel distrust them.

— Companion : a globulosaurus. Or the coolest creature Armin ever saw in his life. He founds him funny, loves his clumsiness and his gullibility. He can disguise him as he wishes, his pet will only wag his tail faster. The fact that he is never tired of his experiences and games make him the perfect companion to fully enjoy the time in the HQ. Don’t dare to meanly laugh at his pet, because he stays a fighter one, totally loyal to Armin - which means ready to jump on you if he orders it.
