@tsukinowamuku {How Many Doorbell Rings Does it Take for Johann to Notice Eito}
"Johann-kun is such a sleepyhead, hm? Well, not that it is any of my business, but if it mattered so much then perhaps you would've made sure the cage door was locked again. It's almost like you wanted me to have a little walk at night to have some peace of mind."
He chuckles- but of course, mutually speaking, they both knew that Eito couldn't do any harm nor damage here. He had no will to throw any wrenches nor draw up schemes anymore. Even so, if he did have a change of heart, the faint line of silver around his neck would indicate that his life was entirely in Johann's hands.
Needless to say, Eito was learning how to maneuver around while being good and not causing too much of a ruckus among their unit. For the most part.
A stifled laugh comes from him while he turns, shaking his head as one would at an obvious answer to Johann's question.
"I would tell you... but honestly, I think it's more fun if I don't tell you. Kind of poetic if you think about it, not knowing what lies ahead of you when there's only one direction to go. Even you ugly monsters have some of the most readable fascination with the unknown."
With that said, Eito begins to move away from Johann's door towards the familiar set of stairs. Glancing back at him expectantly.
"Well? Are you going to make sure I won't be up to no good, Johann-kun?"
It's as if he were waiting for him to join him at his side- not that he would make any mention nor word of it here.
