It's wild seeing ppl freak out abt pride here bc I've got little idea of what it's like (never even attended the parade till last year) but afaik you've always had to pay to access more main events than the parade bc they're all in the gay village ? And take place over the whole weekend. Idk what they actually Are again I've never been but. Yeah. It's p shitty and everyone agrees on that p much but it's been like this for as long as I've known
