Shicken and Beer
I've lived in Oklahoma all of my life. I've never tried Eischen's chicken until today. The drive is half the experience. I'm pretty sure that missing the exit and getting stopped by the highway patrol added to the anticipation of "The Best Chicken in Oklahoma".  Luckily, we just got a warning and directions to the place.Â
The chicken was tasty. I tore into it while it was still lava-hot, but that's what the ice cold beer is for. I couldn't help but wonder how much profit the place is making. They don't have dishes or real silverware. Their menu is super simple. Loved the food and chill atmosphere. I will definitely be going back.
